Postage cost will vary by the total order amount, weight and selected method of delivery. Acrux Sports provides service by Australia Post and Fastway Couriers for all domestic postage, and DHL and TNT for international deliveries.For weight guideline, please refer to an estimated weight chart below:

STANDARD DOMESTIC AND NEW ZEALAND POSTAGE*

For cost effective and comfortable shopping experience we have kept a standard shipping policy for our customers in Australia and New Zealand (except bulky items). Our shipping cost structure is set-out below:

Standard deliveries will be delivered within 5 Working Days for Eastern States & 7-10 Working days for regional cities and Western States. The actual Shipping time may vary by a couple of days depending on service provided by the Courier Companies.

*Please note that extra bulky items (such as bowling machine, turf top etc.) may incur the required charges. We will contact you for your approval for any such extra charges.

EXPRESS DOMESTIC POSTAGE

For customers who would like to get the items express posted (1-3 business day delivery), please refer to our Express Shipping cost structure as set-out below (except regional areas):

Please note that, by selecting expressing shipping the customer doesn't get express bat preparation. While your order will be dispatched on an expedited basis, it may take 2-3 business days to be shipped out. Rushing through the preparation for bats can render the preparation ineffective.

For other items, in some cases the stock may get transferred from our warehouse, which could take 1-2 business days.

*Please note that these charges/express service may not apply to extreme regional areas and regional WA and NT towns. Country side areas and far off areas may incur extra charges for express post.

The delivery time also differs in the far off areas due to very limited service. We will contact you for your approval for any such extra charges, before dispatching your order.

INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE

For orders placed from outside Australia (except New Zealand), international freight charges will apply. Overseas deliveries may be subject to import charges and other local taxes. ACRUX Sports will not be responsible for any such charges. Please check with your local courier company for any details on import. Customs restrictions may also apply.

We use Australia Post and DHL services for overseas deliveries. Please see table below for estimated courier charges and delivery time for overseas orders:

Acrux Sports takes all risk until the package is delivered to you through one of our trusted shippers. Acrux Sports ensures signature on delivery on all orders.If it gets "lost in the mail" we will replace the product

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Some products in ACRUX Sports Online Shop may sell out at the time of ordering. If so we will inform you ASAP by e-mail/phone with further options.

We try our best to keep our site updated but with 1000s of products in our range this can prove to be logistically challenging. Some items though sold out may yet be available from our suppliers in which case we will do our best to obtain the item for you.

If a product is different than what it appears on the website, one of our team members will get in touch with you to explain the differences and suggest options.
